Great looking on the model! Not really a color combination I would wear. The skirt is too long for me, and I am not a hat person. I like the boots best.

Even though I wouldn't wear the skirt ... I love the look!

I have the shirt, I have the beret ... and I have tan suede booties.  I do have some pants in a wine/merlot/?? shade.

But ... I'd wear dark gray pants and add a multicolor scarf.

(In 2016 I bought a set of 12 "fashion colors" berets from Amazon.  Only $50 for the set of 12.)

I love the colors together and the beret. I would wear raspbery lipstick too. The model's skin is lovely.

I think the outfit looks great, but I don't like the color of the skirt or boots.  I would have chosen another color.  I do love the color of the turtleneck.  Anthropologie is one of my favorite stores.
