I like it on the model in the 3rd photo w/the matching loungewear pants - which I assume are joggers.  Looks like a comfy stay in your house/run errands kinda lounging outfit, only a step above the typical matching sweatshirt and joggers.

 

Interesting the way the jacket is belted in the back.  Looks like she brought the tie strap around twice and gave it a good tug to cinch her tiny waist.  Cute that way.
