I forget the name of the company but if it's what I think it is it's made from tencel and it's the only thing in the line that they carry on QVC. It's also $125!

And I agree it does not go with the skirt. Not that I don't enjoy a little yin and yang sometimes but this just doesn't work

@Nonametoday is correct. It's side stitch. A345551 is the item number but I was wrong it's not 125..  it's 127.50! LOL

There are a few different versions in the line but they're all denim like shirts

Not that I'm opposed to wearing something casual on top if I were to wear a full length skirt, but at 5'2 I wouldn't, I would lean more towards a little black mock neck tee probably

I think it's the color combination too. At least that's what's throwing me off

I really do not like the shirt Shawn is wearing with that skirt. I think it is too clever by half.  I love the skirt.  I think she does Joan a dissservice.  Joan would NEVER have shown such an elegant skirt with something like that. 

The shirt is very cute.  I have one similar from Eileen Fisher, which (believe it or not) cost about 50% more, but it has no place with that skirt. 

I  planned to get the skirt but the visual just turned me off.  I removed it from my cart.  I will think about it.  If there is one my size when the notion strikes me, I probably will get it.  I just get annoyed at the inane, non-relevant banter.

The denim blue button down shirt and red organza skirt as an outfit clashed and did not work. Actually , I thought it looked ridiculous.

I couldn't disagree more. It "balances" beautifully.  I've worn that style combo long before Carolina Herrara made it iconic. I think it's fabulous. It's not the cut that's off in Shawn's shirt and that's throwing the look off. It's the shirt color and fabric.
