QVC loses a big selling opportunity by not having the women hosts wearing QVC clothing when selling QVC clothing lines. If only tall models, the plus models or a really petite model is wearing the clothing, it's not particular representative of someone who is of average height or average build.
I do think that the hosts send out a not so subliminal message when they are wearing non QVC clothing that the clothes aren't good enough for them.
Those QVC stylists who put the hosts in non QVC clothing aren't doing their jobs either. The viewers aren't stupid and can easily tell or find out most of the time what the brand is and where the clothing comes from.

Shawn wears bare shoulders as often as she can. In photos of hosts, she is often bare shouldered.
I have never known any host dress so in appropriately since the beginning if Q; coupled with the lack of professionalism, I won't watch her.
I actually really liked her the first year or so. I thought she took her job seriuosly, she wasn't pompous, and she dressed appropriately and was professional. She's the top dog now and things have changed.....I rarely watch her.

I used to look forward to her shows. After LR left, she changed. I never watch her now, ever.

@MaggieMack I agree 100 percent. I used to enjoy watching her. She reminds me now of someone I know personally that is about to be a grandmother who still dresses and acts like she's 25. If only they knew how unflattering it is.

I surf on by to see if there is anything I'm interested in, and quickly get out of there with SK. I'm interested in products, not her performance.

There were some denim and co TSV disasters in past years that all the hosts had to wear regardless of what they were selling, and it must not have helped sales because they don't do that anymore. I can recall a 2-piece crop pant/shirt set and a trumpato top that went straight to clearance after being TSVs. There was a lot of backlash on these boards about how terrible all the hosts looked in these items. Now that I think about it, maybe the hosts modelling the clothes is good; it has kept me from spending money!!
Actually this happened recently with the D & C (you DON'T want to know what I'm thinking as I write these initials) quilted vest. Cute on paper but looked bad on nearly every host and model that was tasked with wearing it!
If it's such an ugly piece of clothing the Q will lose sales if their hosts wear it, WE DON'T WANT IT EITHER and want to see that. The solution is to sell attractive pieces....

Hi MaggieMack. I'd have to completely agree with your comments though I occasionally watch her just to do the eye roll. (LOL)
