Okay,i have done that ,they did not send me a  e mail,for a label.

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.

The link I gave you has their phone #.  Scroll to the bottom and under the picture you will see their phone number.  You can also do a chat on their site, or you can send them an email and they will contact you.

I've found them to be very responsive.

It was a nightmare for me! I finally ended up getting the product for free!  I purchased from their website about a year ago.

I will never order from them again,it has been just like you said a nightmare, i have done it about 10 times,  no  luck at all, thank you for knowing it was just not me. And trustpilot has their rating wrong, they should get a 1, many complaints when you start  looking into the company.
