Funny story about Avon fashion jewelry. Years ago my dh and I were seated at an outside restaurant. A boat pulled up and docked right directly next to us. As these well-to-do ladies were getting off the boat one ran up to me and grabbed my hand. She was marveling at how she loved my ring (on my right hand) and how it sparkled, just gushing over it! I embarrasingly told her it was my $10 Avon ring! Lol! You should have seen the look of suprise on her face! One of the others whispered to me that I shouldn't ever tell anyone it was $10. I still laugh when I think of this or when I go back to this boating restaurant. :Ya gotta love Avon!  womanhappy:
