Good Morning.. I am not in love with this dress.. I like the cutout on the top of the dress, but I don't like it on the sleeves..

I like that little dress --- the details on neck and sleeves really make it special!  I just don't care for those boots with it and the bare leg.  I think maybe it would look better with dark tights with it.

. The cutouts are not adding anything to the dress. Boring is boring.

On a woman as tall as the model, I'd like that dress to be an inch longer at least -  or maybe add sheer patterned stockings to the outfit?

the dress is perfectly conservative and i love it.  i agree that the boots and bare legs look not so good with it, ... and patterned rights or stockings with a simple shoe would look better.

I would like the dress if it had long sleeves.  I don't care for 3/4 sleeves.

I don't mind the cutouts but the rest of the dress is falling flat for me.
