That fabric doesn't flow properly for that design.  If it didn't look so stiff it would be much better looking.  The shoes need that bottom platform removed.  The  color and the design is ok, just too many platforms on the bottom.

Exactly what I was thinking. The fabric is too stiff for the design. I think that is causing the wrinkling. Would be so much better in a lighter flowy fabric.

since she couldn't raise her arms.  

Funny, but eeeps....not a good look.

Maybe in fittings it appeared perfect but wearing & wrinkled...nope.

The color of this terrible dress does nothing for her --- so drab.  The shoes are gorgeous -- but how do they walk in these high, high heels???  From the neck up, so beautiful!
