Searching for that vest

This morning, during Leah’s show with Carolyn, there was a presentation of Isaac Mizrahi’s Essentials Pima Cotton Crew Neck Knit Top where one of the models was wearing a cute vest with the white top.  I am going to take a long shot, and ask does anyone know where that vest is?  I have been all over QVC, and can’t find it.  I wish I would have asked earlier so maybe someone would more easily remember, and I apologize for that…I REALLY want that vest!  Thank you so much in advance.
