Watching this morning and Kim is selling some "Scubaluxe" items.

I have some scuba fabric from Maurices and they snag terribly.  Does anyone know if Kim's snag also?

I do like the feel and comfort of the fabric but the snagging is a deal breaker for any further purchases from anyone.

I can't speak to Kim's scuba fabric but I have scuba material skirts from Peace Love World and they have not snagged.

Anyone know if Spanx's Air Essentials fabric is scuba?

It tends to pill but it's wonderfully soft.

I have on a pair of Kim's scubaluxe pants and top right now (not a set) and i love them!  Very smooth & comfortable and so far I have had no snags.

I also have several pieces.

No pilling, no snagging.

Most are from last Spring and worn/washed many, many times.

I won't pay Kim's prices anymore but I have found scuba tops, hoodies and pants at Target and Marshall's. They look as good as Kim's and have not pulled or pilled at all. They are also a fraction of the price

I have not purchased anything in scuba fabric yet.  I can't help thinking scuba diving fabric and it doesn't appeal to me at all.  Guess I need to try a piece and see what everyone likes about it.  Why is it so expensive from Kim's line?  Is it spongey feeling?

That's what I thought at first.  It sounded weird.  I don't have a clue why this fabric is universally called "scuba".  BUT it is wonderfully soft and so comfortable.  I wear mine around the house and out in public also.  It doesn't make me hot.

I am just disappointed that mine from Maurices' snags.
