Giuliana Rancic's weight loss has sparked rumors she's suffering from anorexia, but Rancic has vehemently denied she's anorexic.

Giuliana Rancic ignited rumors she's suffering from the eating disorder anorexia after showing off her skeletal body on the red carpet of the 2015 Golden Globe Awards in Beverly Hills, California, Jan. 11. Rancic looked super-skinny in a strapless pink evening gown that accentuated her bony arms and chest.

Twitter went abuzz with comments about Rancic's emaciated body, with fans remarking on her dramatic weight loss.

#Goldenglobes, can you please find someone who eats to host," @wotnow27 tweeted. #giulianarancic looks gross." Another Twitter fan commented, "I love Giuliana Rancic, but she's getting scary skinny."

Rancic, 40, lost a noticeable amount of weight in 2007 and has since maintained that weight loss. Giuliana has repeatedly denied speculation she's anorexic, attributing her pin-thin figure to a fast metabolism — not starvation diets.

"I know that I eat a lot and I take walks and I have a faster metabolism," Giuliana told HuffPost Live. "I always thought it would catch up to me and it hasn't quite yet. I'm not trying to be cocky. Anyone who knows me knows I am the least arrogant person. I'm just trying to be honest."

In 2011, Rancic underwent a double mastectomy and reconstructive breast surgery after discovering cancerous growths in both her breasts. Ironically, the tumors came to light as Giuliana was about to undergo a third round of in-vitro fertilization after several failed attempts at getting pregnant.

Rancic stopped IVF, got a double mastectomy and underwent six weeks of radiation. She has been cancer-free ever since but gets blood work done every four months to monitor her health.

Giuliana and her husband, reality TV star Bill Rancic, welcomed a baby boy, Duke, in August 2012 via a surrogate. Giuliana has been married Bill since 2007. The Rancics hope to have another child via surrogate in the near future.

She went from being a health wholesome weight. She was soft and feminine... to a hard and ill looking skeleton. I know she went through health issues... and perhaps that caused her weight loss... but, I really think that Hollywood, the fashion scene and pressure to be super thin these days lead to her weight loss.

From past comments she has made I have never gotten the impression that her ""fast metabolism"" had anything do do with her look. She has stated on more than one occasion that she needs to be so thin to remain relevent in the business.

I saw Bill on Racheal Ray yesterday he is looking very skinny as well. Anyone see this?

What someone weighs is their own business.

I would love to see the reaction if she had gained weight and the title was Scary Fat Weight Gain for Guilliana Rancic fuels fat, obese rumors. There would have been people all over this topic saying it was nobody's business.

In addition since she had cancer, nobody knows if she is not well from some kind of treatment. I had a relative who took a medication after having undergone treatment for breast cancer and she lost her appetite from it.

Rumors are just that.....rumors.
