Scarf vest at Boscovs

Last night I was in Boscov's and saw they had scarf vests for just under $13. Very cute floral and other designs. They are so cute not sure if they are for me but I'm tempted to try one. They don't have a lot of fabric to them so they lay closer to the body and a little longer in the back. I don't care for ones that have a lot of blousiness to them.. The fabric just gets in the way. Do you girls wear these types of flowy sheer vests? And what do you think of them.

No- even for $13 I would rather have a scarf that I could wear in multiple ways.
