Sandra's blouse ?

Hi - there are many people savvy at finding fashion items on this forum - does anyone have any ideas on Sandra's blue top/blouse (short-sleeved) that she is wearing on Saturday, 2/26?

   @lolakimono you are totally correct on both accounts -- that is the exact dress I'm wondering about and the day/date (Friday) -- thanks for posting photo (great photo)

  @Janey2  -- thanks for the item number -- I had no idea it was a QVC item

  @NYCLatinaMe  -- I agree - it is very pretty -- I'd even love it if it were just a blouse
