I wonder if the weather was a little cool and at the last minute she put on the black jacket , then decided to wear black  leather over the knee boots to anchor the black jacket. 

The dress would have been beautiful with Out  the boots and vblack jacket. Maybe a lite pink or white  rather than black

Nay on this look.  I think the dress could look good but not with those heavy black boots.  Seems to be the trend.

The designer designed this dress to attract attention, for runway and celebrities.

As most / many designers do.

Looking at the dress, it is a beautiful and unusual creation.

She looks like a chicken AND why would anyone wear something like this?

If Sandra would have put her stringly blah hair up, removed the jacket and

replaced the boots with a nice heel, she would look so much better.

Not crazy about the gown but the v shaped deep cut goes way too low and 

she is flat chested and in picture one, the top of the dress looks too loose.

In picture two with her turning sideways the dress looks a little better.

She's so gorgeous, but this gown is a big NO. I know celeb's seek to do something dramatic that draws attention, but those boots were a 'step' too far.

It was like taking a very feminine dress, while trying to prove it wasn't. And that black shrug, blazer thing? Why? Gotta love Sandra, though.
