Re: Sandra Bennett's Oops during Dooney Show?

To think that Sandra, of all people, would deliberately do something like that is Beyond absurd. I don't think any shopping channel host anywhere would go there. Ridiculous trouble making.

Re: Sandra Bennett's Oops during Dooney Show?

It was a generic statement, clearly not pointed at any model, viewer or other host.

I sometimes throw my hair into a ponytail and put on some great jeans and jacket to run to the store. Sandra was making the observation that our clothing or accessories can make even a bad hair day a good day.

Much ado about....nothing.

I didn't see the other threads. I was dumbfounded reading it last night on her FB page and couldn't imagine anyone getting upset with the comment.

It definitely wasn't one phantom customer. It was enough that Sandra apologized on her FB page and I wonder if Q got calls about it which prompted a call to her from QVC about it?

I agree people hear things that weren't said or misinterpret things that are said.

See. You did not read my post. I said the original poster here appeared to be a phantom customer. Are you sure you are not trying too hard to make something of nothing. Image result for pot stirrer images

That's the impression I got when i read the post. Why even bring it here to begin with.

It was to discuss and if you didn't want to, you could easily move along.

I've been here a long time and I rarely start threads. You might not always agree with things I post but the one thing I am not is a pot stirrer.

Re: Sandra Bennett's Oops during Dooney Show?

That whole thing totally went by me until I read this thread and then, oh yeh! The camera man should have gotten in trouble for that, not Sandra, but again the model wears her hair natural quite a bit so I don't think any body thought any thing of the comment.

This is one of the most ridiculous things I've read on these boards, and I've read a lot of really silly things here.

Who in the world would make such a connection???

Obviously Sandra would have no idea of the camera man (oh, my goodness, I should have said camera "person") going to the model at just that moment, and what she said had no negative meaning, anyway.

People look to start trouble over the most innocent things. Anyone making this connection and starting trouble over it should really try to channel their energies in more positive ways.

Yep!

ITA. For someone to jump to the conclusion they did based on what Sandra was saying and the camera work, that's just ridiculous.

I don't think Sandra has a mean bone in her body, she seems like a sweet woman and is a professional, she does a great job as host.

This sounds like to me just someone wanting to stir up a controversy involving Sandra where none exists and as usual "some" people jump in the mess.

I swear it is ridiculous what people get offended by today! Completely ridiculous and uncalled for. To me this is one of those things that is very unfortunate and very sad, that "someone" would think what they did about Sandra's words and the camera man just happening to show that model. That's just not what reasonable people do.

ITA, it's sad that someone made a big deal of it and even MORE sad that Sandra had to apologize. What is wrong with people. Sheesh.

ITA too. Didn't see the show. The cameramen don't do a good job a lot of times. They are showing XX item and the camera is still on a previous item.
