SURVEY: QVC APP FOR ANDROID -- What Do You Think?

I don't know about anyone else, but IMO this has to be the most user unfriendly and useless app that I know of. I am a big QVC shopper and I would love to shop via this app but it is so difficult to navigate and takes soooooo long to download anything (and I have the Samsung Galaxy III, so shouldn't be a problem), not to mention, see an entire screenshot of what you're interested in, that I just wait until I get to a computer. Sometimes, bc of the delay, an item is sold out or on waitlist. Very frustrating. With all the technology and talent at their disposal, I don't know why they can't come up with a more user friendly and useful tool than this one. What's up QVC?
