I got a Survey request from QVC this morning, and I was frank with my comments.

I told them that while I love some of the designers here, I haven't purchased very much at all in several months because of the cost.

But also because I am not seeing models in my size (8, 10 and M or L) enough to see how clothing will look on me.

I also said that some of the tops look like tents, which is ridiculous.  And then I have to pay high shipping to return them.  

I do look at the 'garment measurements' for each style to try and figure out the fit.

But I feel as though my size is no longer being catered to, we all would like to see how different pieces would look on our particular body type and size - tall, short, whatever.

Please don't take my comments the wrong way, QVC asked for my thoughts and I gave them.

@Ronettes   Good for you and let's hope it helps the Q to improve on some of these much needed areas that you pointed out. I, for one, feel like you do and I'm sure there are others.

@Ronettes.  I'm glad you express your homest opinion on the survey, however I think any observant woman over the age of 21 has a good idea of what will or will not look good on her.  I don't need a model to show me whether or not a garment will be flattering.

And I feel that if I cannot see an item in person, I want to see it on a model that showcases someone in my size.

Why should everyone else get to see it in their size?

That's called 'excluding' some.

This is the only one I've ever gotten, I was surprised.

I should have waited to fill out the survey -

I did order something on clearance, and it was sent to my old address!

@Ronettes.  There's no way they can have a models for every size.  That's not reasonable.  They never have 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X, models for instance.

Whatever did people do when all we had was catalogs?

yes they do have some huge models! I see them often. To the point where I wonder what the garment might look like on an average size woman, a size 12 or 14. So I depend on the garment measurements and my experience with how certain styles look on me.

yes they do have some huge models! I see them often. To the point where I wonder what the garment might look like on an average size woman, a size 12 or 14. So I depend on the garment measurements and my experience with how certain styles look on me.

@smoochy.  In over 35 years of watching QVC, I've never seen a 2X - 5X model.  If you've seen one,  name her.  Hsn has one or two but we're  talking QVC.
