I agree, @MalteseMomma! Although I did like the cold shoulder Denim & Co top that was presented this morning where they had lace covering the shoulder opening. That was a cold shoulder look I could love and maybe even wear.

I think it is dependent on who is wearing it. I saw a young girl with a maxi dress with cold shoulders today in the mall. She looked stunning...she was tan and the dress was white. Really beautiful on her...
