Re: SHOPAHOLICS ONE DAY AT A TIME (TUESDAY, OCT.4)

Birdmama---My understanding is that the company should be insured & responsible for cables, lines, pipes, etc. not the homeowner. I had the roofers and siding companies list all the details of who was responsible for what down to the prep and clean up. Too much $$$ to give them a free ride and no accountability. That language would give me pause. Now, I know I have the same tewndacy to go thru every detail but.....money is money. Verbal assurances don't hold up in court. It's still a buyer's market becaue only a few people are buying these large projects. You've got the cards and cash. Be careful! That's my 2cents.

Twinny70---Those are some true sale prices.  Disappointing that some of the quality has gone by the wayside but enough sales to make looking around the store fun.

I enjoy the Amish country towns around here. I always manage to find some good jams and pies to bring home. I sued to purchase some of supplies for my home decor items as well. Lots of nice places to see and eat. Enjoy your next stop.
