Good Morning! Sorry you have to make that trip again today Jean, but glad you could change your hair appointment at least. Hope the new medicine works, and you don't need that procedure. I didn't receive the e-mail about the shipping change, but I have been reading about it quite a bit. While I have been known to return items, I haven't been one to order multiple sizes just to see what fits. Not sure that the change will have a big negative effect for me, but who knows.
Very sorry to hear about the loss of your dog Susan. It is always so difficult to lose a family member like him. Hugs to you. I know he had a very good life with you and your DH.
Hi Mairjane -- yikes, that is cold. A former work friend of mine who is currently living in Maine posted a picture of her husband trying to snow blow them out of their driveway. Her DIL gave birth to a little girl yesterday, and my friend is determined to make it to Maryland to see her and her parents as soon as possible. They certainly had a ton of snow.
Hope your friends and the others feel better soon, Twinny. Good luck with gathering your tax information. Due to DH's investments, we cannot file until late March at the earliest, but I am trying to gather information. Not as easy as one might expect. I spent a bunch of time yesterday since one of his on-line banks changed their log-in procedures. Finally, that is settled. Then, I found out that one of DH's credit cards had been canceled due to lack of use. Not a big deal, but I wanted to make sure there were no problems. Since he has pretty bad memory problems, these sorts of things are falling into my lap, and it certainly isn't easy. I saw that about the groundhog in your area. Our weather is very nice -- highs in the 70's again today.
Waves to Kathleen, Arlene, Rosa (so nice about your late husband's family wanting to stay close and wish the best for you), pinky ann, LindaR, Karen, Barbara, LoriM, cert, and all of our posters and readers.
My middle DGS got some very good news yesterday -- his two week Army Reserve duty has been changed from tomorrow until late in June. DD was very concerned about getting him to and from the center (49 miles away) in the possible bad weather. June should be so much better (fingers crossed).
I have by volunteer job at the senior lunch program this morning and a "class" (about Turkey) this afternoon. Hope to take a walk in the middle since going to the gym or Curves is not possible.
Have a good day everyone!
Hugs,
Linda
