Good Evening!  Back from the gym where I had an unusual experience.  All of a sudden, the treadmill stopped after I had been using it for 20 plus minutes.  I hadn't pushed any buttons or knocked off the safety cord, and it just stopped dead.  I thought maybe the power had gone out, but the other treadmills and machines were going strong.  I turned it back on, and it worked fine.  Thank goodness I didn't lose my balance or anything.  I guess it was better than if the machine suddenly sped up, but....

 

It is quite warm/hot here today (89 degrees and sunny at the moment), but it was pleasantly cool on my early morning walk.

 

Not that I need anything, but I am looking forward to Stan Herman's TSV day.  He is such a nice person.
