Good Morning Ladies- It's been a lovely morning so far, Jim made me breakfast, which was so sweet. The weather is so perfect. I think we're going to head to Nordstrom's later to stock up on my Philosophy. I'm running low on my essentials.

Jim's doing so well on his diet, taking his meds, checking his pressure & weighing himself. I'm also on the diet. There's nothing like a blockked artery to snap you into reality.
