Twinny, I forgot you live in IA! I have such good memories. Quiet night tonight. I miss my Beloved. I told him once we are together 24/7 again he might have to remind me how much I miss him. ha ha Isn't that the way it goes. He decided to go to the party with us Saturday night.

They say a cold front with storms is coming. Yay! I'm trying to pick up a few things.

Twinny--It is difficult but please find some time for yourself as you have your own person health demands. You won't be able to help your mother much if you become incapacitated. It isn't easy being a caregiver at any time but additional stress is added with your own health concerns. It is good that the social worker is helping you work out a plan to provide her with meals. Prayers for you and the family!

RC, I actually live in S. WI. I enjoy having my DH around most of the time too. Sometimes we do need to get out with different friends for lunch though.

Jean, Yes it has been a very difficult week for me. I am just so glad that DH & I did have a wonderful vacation with our DS & DDIL for three weeks. I am also thankful that we were home when this mess all began. I did get a good nap this afternoon, so I hope it does replenish my spirits a bit. I know I do need to take time for myself, but it is hard when everything falls on my shoulders. I am just glad that I did get my last infusion almost 2 weeks ago, so I should feel a bit more lively.

I just hope & pray that the eye drop schedule is not every two hours all day long anymore. She does have some great specialists so that is a help for me too. She is actually going to the major clinic that I go to.

I guess the part that I am missing the most is being with friends several times a week. They all want to help out, but there is nothing I need more right now than sleep.

Such amazing tips. Hanging them in sight is brilliant. No wear soon=return promptly. Good stuff gals! Iowa is a great place. I am fortunate to live in a town on the Mississippi. As for sleep, a little Ambien goes a long way. recently I had a 5 day stretch without good sleep I love you it's easy to underestimate what that can do to your overall health. It's scary really.
