The only SG chiffon items I've purchased are a scarf and a vest/top duo. Both chiffon items are lovely, but the fabric is thin. I see beautiful chiffon tops, but if it's the same chiffon material, I think I'd need to wear a tank top underneath---and that doesn't sound like a good thing in the summer heat!

Can anyone tell me if you wear SG chiffon tops WITHOUT an undergarment/tank top?

SG had a chiffon top on air Sunday night and each model had on a different style tank. When I went online the following day, there was nothing mentioned in the description that the top came with a tank, so I'm thinking no.

I wouldn't go without wearing a tank or camisole. I live in a dry climate & am indoors or in car with A/C most of the time so wearing that little bit of an extra layer isn't a problem.

If your intent is to put on a peep show....no. Otherwise, yes indeed, you need a tank.

I always do. I can't imagine not wearing something under it.
