I'd love to see how these people who are so uber-critical of other people's fashion choices and think they themselves are oh-so-chic dress. Just sayin'....

@FunkyHulaGirl If you pay close attention to the threads and the reviews, you can figure some of it out. The first time I was successful doing that, I laughed out loud. Pots and kettles and black. Even the most ardently critical don't get to me anymore. I like what I like and won't let them get even a little high from getting under my skin because they don't. Pot stirring for pot stirring's sake, that's all.

I'll have to go 'over there' and take a look!

Wow, what a rude title for a post! But then, that's JUST MY OPINION.

One World is very popular, and I like many of their items. Unfortunately, I have a hard time getting a good fit. The bust measurement for XL is usually too small, but the 1X is way too big. Also, they are often too low-cut for this 58-year-old woman's cleavage comfort level! The sublimation technique used is not flattering for those of us fuller through the tummy -- only draws attention there. I also think the female rep for the line is not a flattering example for the line. She is knowledgeable and sweet, but often the items don't flatter her or she is styled in an unflattering way.

As is the fit of the garments.....The representative vendor describing the clothes looks like a train wreak in her outfit. The whole line is just bad fashion. Last year Fred Meyers had clearance on racks and racks of the clothes.. could not get rid of them fast enough. Yes they are cheap and affordable... but that is about it.
ITA! This brand looks like it belongs in Walmart.

I happen to have One World tops, a short dress and a maxi dress. I get compliments galore on the maxi when I wear it. I also have 2 velour tops and 2 summer tops.
The conclusion that I came to with this brand is that I will no longer buy any of the items that have a lot of the dye subimation. I think that is where the "cheap" look comes in. Depending on where those light areas hit,it can look like something was not right with fabric and look weird on the body (like if there are too many streaks on the bust or armpit area).
On the maxi, I actually sewed together some of the dye sublimated areas so the pattern went back together. Still, it's a very pretty dress with vibrant colors and nice styling.
I have gotten a lot of wear out of all the items; I wear the velour tops in winter at holiday time, so I'm overall very happy with my choices in this brand.

I have a couple of OneWorld tops that I like well enough and one in particular I got a lot of wear out of. I didn't buy them at Evine though, I got them at a local department store.
