Having your shirt tucked half in and half out.😳

‘I have rarely seen anyone look good like this.

‘You just look a mess.

Please stop.

‘Thanks. 🤣

I have to laugh at that half tucked look too.....To me it reminds me of someone that went to a restaurant, had to go to the ladies room, and was in hurry to get back to her table in case the food arrived and and as she hurried, left part of her shirt tucked in ......😄 🤣

@Mj12  If you say so. I know that I have been manipulated into trying & purchasing certain trendy fashions which I knew wouldn’t look good on me, but I said I’ll just try it and see. Good for you if you’ve never wasted money on clothing.

Also, regarding prices going up. Of course they always do over time, but they have never gone up so much and so quickly as they have in the last year and a half. Especially since quality continues to go down with “most” fashion designers, thankfully not all of them. Martha Stewart still makes quality clothing.

I am only speaking for myself in that I do not think anyone is being manipulated.  Retail exists to sell, to get us all to want to buy.  Of course I've made a few purchases I've later regretted.  But that was on me.  I should have thought those purchases through more.

@Mj12 makes sense.  If someone buys an article of clothing, at some level there was something about it that the purchaser liked.  The point of any industry is to get a purchaser to make a purchase.  It is up to the buyer to assess whether an item is right for him or her.

Buyer beware (or "caveat emptor") has been around for a very, very long time.  It is a principle in law that the burden is on the buyer to make an informed purchase.

I like that style sweater - and have made several.  The "trick" is to add a narrow ribbed cuff that will gather the sleeve into what's called a "bishop's sleeve."
