I'm small boned too.  It sounds like your small may have been mismarked.  My 11 year old GD wears x-small and she is about 80 pounds and a 32 AA

I have purchased several different bras from her line all went back...there was no support in the bras...even tho she claims large busted women can wear them, I disagree....I got tired to sending things back so no more for me. 

 

I do really like her designs tho, just not the fit.  I realize they are not support bras and purchased with that in mind but it was worse than expected.
