If you return an item (WEN) that has several pages of one-star reviews due to smell, will they refund the S&H also?

If the smell is so obnoxious that results in a lot of 1 stars and they can't use it, then I'd say it was defective.

Mark it as such and you should get a full refund.

It stinks.  It's awful.  Read the reviews.

@rms1954   Not unless you marked it as defective.  Seems from time to time there are a lot of complaints about WEN for one reason or another.  Makes you wonder if they save the old, out-of-date product for QVC customers.  So many Q TSVs are dump jobs to get rid of old or defective stuff.
