Returns after 30 days?

Ladies, do any of you know the Q's policy on returns after 30 days? I can't find anything in writing but I've heard they will accept returns after 30 days but that they just don't refund the original shipping charges. I have some things I need to return but with the hours I work during tax season I just haven't gotten around to it. Have any of you ever done this? Thanks!
