Just received e mail from CS (I did e mail them this a.m. After my call) they apologized and said my return was received 11/6 and my credits would be applied in next few days -so there you go.

Are you counting the time from when you mailed it or them receiving it? Because I get an email within two days of them receiving and the last one hit my American Express within two days after that!
