How long do you wIt for returns to be credited? I always ask for merchandise credits - returned top 10/27 using Q label. Automatic information on phone did not work, kept cutting off so I called CS to see where my return was - told yes it is in system suggest you call back next Wednesday! Really so far been 13 days. Just wondered what us average wait for other customers?

I've only ""returned"" one item ... credit was quick. I have had exchanges ... also rather quick turn around.

Here in Northern Ca two Weeks plus for return and a few more days for refund. I return a bit lately. It takes a week to get to Sparks Nevada, another week to the Q warehouse, whatever one they use for that item. Bulk mail.

My credits appear somewhere around three weeks. I don't think I've ever seen it done in ten days.

QVC is the slowest TV shopping network at processing returns.

I returned three things two weeks ago and was credited on my Visa in four or five days. I don't do merchandise credits.

West coast for me and it's usually two weeks before I see the credit on the order status page. Another two weeks before my credit card shows it.

I think it would depend on two things, where you are located and how it was sent. If you live on the West Coast and sent it Parcel post the length of time would be longer than if you sent it express mail.

Hi, Dulwich! Typically, I have been seeing returns received and credited in 10-12 days lately. There are times when it has taken longer. I keep a record of what I return and the date. On the 12th day after I drop the return at the PO, I call CS and ask that the refund be processed, which they've always done so far. CS can see that the item is en route; there are even times when it is at Q's warehouse but just hadn't been processed. I do use the label provided and do walk the package into the PO to get a receipt.
