I just got off the phone with QVC customer service! I know it has been on this forum before and no one seems to know what is going on. I sent 5 items back in the original Q box with the stick on returns label. It has been 2 weeks and no refund! I e-mailed several times and CS finally said call us. The rep. said they are changing the website-just tweeking it she said. She found out my box had been returned, they never opened it, and credited 1 of the 5 items! She nicely went over what I returned and credited the other 4 items. I asked if this was going to be standard from now on (No return tracking) and she seemed to think that it was. I really don't think this is any way to run a business, especially when they are so keen on their 30 day return policy. I have clicked on print a return label in Order Staus and it say this item is not eligiable for return (even though I just received it last week). I wish they would finish their tweeking and make a workable site!
