I had a very unexpected and surprising experience with a customer service representative. Last summer, I ordered two Isaac Mizrahi watches one with a white strap the other with a brown strap. I wore the white one all summer and in September switched to the brown. Last week, the brown strap broke and I felt badly because I really love the watches. I called the customer service to see if I could purchase a new brown band and she told me to just return the watch and I could have a new one! Very unexpected and appreciated. I must say, though, that I think it would be less expensive for them to just sell replacement bands! But I'm grateful for the new watch. BTW they paid the shipping for the replacement.
