I am so aggravated over recent returns. Not only did they refuse to refund because 2 items were shipped back together (which were actually shipped to me together! Finally resolved...) but now I have started checking very very carefully that the money actually hits my account. My order status says returned/processed but as far as I am concerned that is not true until I get my money back!
I have a returns which state processed Dec 8 and January 20th which have still not hit my account??? why? An item I returned to Nordies which was received by them last Wednesday was credited and is in my account this morning! One more reason to shop here less and less.
