I just received two Jockey bras that I did not order; the package had someone else's packing slip in it. I hope that whoever got my order by mistake will return it. What a pain! This has happened to me more than once with QVC. QVC, since we pay for shipping, we shpuld be able to at least expect the warehouse people to put the correct mailing sticker on the correct package. I am not happy! ![]()

@Denise65 Considering the millions of order QVC sends, I don't think that you should be too amazed that an occasional mistake is made. It has happened to me several tines. I just call CS so they can either reship my original item or credit me, and return the mistake.

I'm hearing "wrong order" complaints more frequently.
A few days ago, I received a color I did not order, and, of course, the color I did order has sold out.
Mistakes happen, but they appear to be happening more frequently at QVC.

I understand that mistakes happen but I also understand that I have the right to be unhappy when one occurs.

@Denise65 I never stress about these things. Just not worth the time or energy. It's pretty simple as @Kachina624 stated. QVC will reimburse the entire amount, including shipping. If your item you ordered is still available they will send another. No worries. I don't believe QVC sells any life saving items that a person must have by a specific time. I just figure it wasn't meant to be if I don't get the item I ordered. Don't sweat the small stuff, as the saying goes.

@Denise65 This just happened to me as well, and my original order was sold out, so I had to return the wrong order and I never did get my original order...That was the 1st time it happened to me though..It is disappointing though.

Just happened to me too. Straightening this out is not as easy as you think. I received the wrong item, yet all the paperwork showed the item I did order. I was able to have CS order me the correct item and adjust the price to what I had paid since it had increased. I ordered this on easy pay since I was not sure I would like it, so now it is still showing on my purchased items and has not been removed even though I returned the incorrect item. I asked for the item I did not receive be removed but was told it would happen when they received my returned incorrect item. I understand mistakes happen but numberous rounds with CS, packing up the incorrect item, driving to the post office, and now waiting to see if my account is corrected, is a waste of my time.

When someone is venting this type of post is not helpful. Just let them vent. @cjm61
I also think the customer has the right to expect their item in a reasonable amount of time, and hopefully the item they ordered.
It doesn’t have to be life saving to warrant this expectation.

I only buy what I really want or need so I would be angry and disappointed as you are @Denise65 I shop various on line retailers including Amazon, and I have never received a package addressed to me with someone else's order.
I'm sure some have but I am speaking only for myself. Then I would have the inconvenience of returning the item. I certainly would not be making excuses for whatever company it was.
