What ever is the problem over there with processing returns?!! I go out of my way to send a bunch of items back via UPS ground, and I know the package is received by QVC within a day or two, and I always have to wait up to two weeks if not longer to get my refunds. Unacceptable, QVC! I can understand delays during bad weather, or disasters, etc., but this has become SOP over there and I don't appreciate it being treated like this. Hire more help or do whatever you have to do but get your act together or I'm taking mine on the road!!

I was under the impression that they used their own company to pick up returns from the post office. I have taken returns to the post office using their label and they just sit there. I try to track the return and they are still sitting at the local post office.

I have no problem with my occasional returns to QVC. Yes it does take sometimes take until the next monthly cycle to get the credit but if I could not afford it I would not have ordered it in the first place.

I see so many emails of people complaining of slow returns and cost of returns - why do people continue to shop here if they are unhappy with the service?

Good point. I either accept how a retailer does business, or I don't shop with them. I've never had a bad enough problem with QVC to stop. But, I barely return anything. If I did have a lot of returns, that would be another reason to not purchase.

I have had that too! Really frustrating! My only thought is that they get a group discount from the postal service and because of that these packages are a low priority I will say that after having one sit in the post office for over 10 days QVC took it back when it did arrive back to the. The only issue is that my money back was 10 days late. Also sometimes there will be a banner up top stating there will be a delay in processing returns, but it never gives a reason...
