good morning..I am in the Delta sky room. My plane leaves in about an hour.  Had a great time with Syd and m

she had dress rehearsal for her competition line yesterday...3 dances. Her costumes are very pretty and the best dance is tap.Those kids are amazing tappers. She was missing a flower hairpiece for one of her costumes and m thinks the dance mom snatched it . She has done this before...especially at competition time. I did not even acknowledge her existence. The missing piece will be replaced. What a terrible woman. 

Looking forward to to getting back to some warm weather.

Claudia. Glad your internet is fixed. Sorry about the death of that young man.

we have a get together tonight but I am iffy on going. My infusion has not kicked in yet..it can take up to. A week

I'm glad the flower headpiece will be replaced. What a miserable person that dance mom is.

I've been going through my attic storage looking for something to wear to the funeral tomorrow.. I managed to find several things to donate.

I hope the infusion kicks in soon.

Hope your flight goes/went well, Barbara.  Sorry the infusion has not kicked in yet.  I'd skip the get together if you aren't feeling well.  I guess I should not be surprised, but I can't imagine "dance Mom" stealing part of Syd's costume.  What a sick person she is.  Glad you had such a good time with Syd and M.

Hi Claudia -- hope things are going okay there.  I'm glad Adam can help with taking R to his appointment tomorrow.

It is another warm and lovely day here.  Church was fine, and we will head to the gym soon.  DH was up several times last night, and he is a bit out of it today.  But, hopefully things will improve.

The pharmacy has not filled his prescriptions yet -- or at least they have not delivered them.  I'll call hospice tomorrow, but this is getting old already.

I hope the prescription situation resolves quickly,Linda. UPS will try to deliver R's pain meds again tomorrow. I hope it is when I am home. A signature is needed. Friday we discovered the door bell didn't always ring and unfortunately the dogs didn't alert. He has been out of the med since Friday.

It's warm here too- at least for us. It's in the mid fifties. I had a boucle wool blazer and skirt lined up to wear tomorrow but I may need to rethink that.

Made it back safely. Our plane was a nig one...the kind that flies to Europe and I had a bulkhead seat so I was happy. V and I had a kerfluffle on our pickup. He parks in the cell phone lot and I call, which I did. No answer, called twice more and the same thing..so my anxiety prone mind goes into over drive. He finally called me..his phone is not ringing. Lol...so will get something to replace it later this week

i plan on enjoying list of pool time in te next 5 weeks.

Linda, hope the pharmacy gets straightened. I realize because of hospice your hands are tied. Hope your day is going well.

Glad you made it back to Arizona okay, Barbara.  Hope you enjoy your pool time, and your headache is gone.  I would really be concerned if that happened to me (no answer for the phone).  Good time to find a new phone for V.  

No TSV for me either.  I don't have any from this line, and I'm not sure that it would work for me. In any case, no clothes needed at all.  I found a few more things to donate, but I need to donate many, many more.  My closet is just too full.  For example, I have too many pairs of black pants.  

No call back about DH's medicine yet -- frustrating.  I did find out that the dental insurance company sent his check to the doctor rather than to him.  They will mail a refund to us this week.  His dental insurance has pretty much paid for itself at this point (premiums and benefits are about equal).  I doubt that mine will work out that way, but.....

DH didn't sleep well last night, and he is pretty sleepy, etc. today.  Nothing planned today except for a walk and a hopefully brief Wal-Mart run.  His caregiver came this morning -- such a nice person.  

Hope you made it to the funeral okay, Claudia, and all is well there.  Glad Griff has calmed down. 

DD is sick -- sinuses, etc., and could not sleep last night.  I told her to go to the minute clinic first thing tomorrow if she isn't better.  She took two of the kids to the clinic last week, but I'm afraid she won't go because she doesn't want to spend money on herself.

What a mix up at the airport, Barbara. It's a good idea to replace V's phone.

I am back from the funeral. It's so hard when it's someone so young. I sat with another coworker. She's 50 and was just diagnosed with rain. They seem to have found it early.

R called the VA dental this morning and they opted to reschedule him so Adam do have to take him after all. A 2nd appt is Wednesday at 8 am. We'll see if that needs rescheduled too. Not looking forward to getting up at 5 am that day.

I am coming down with his cold now

Sorry DH did not sleep well, Linda. Of course that means you didn't either. I hope you hear about the prescriptions soon. R's pain medication arrived today.

Good morning. I had to go to the bank and then the grocery store...the store was not crowded so I got through pretty quickly. Now I am recovering from that lol. No pool today because I have choir. It was so nice there yesterday..I got some swimming and water walking in. V is playing cards all day. A lot of the bridge ends at the beginning of April.

CLAUDIA...HOPE THE APPOINTMENT for r works out to morrow . Take care of yourself with that cold. The breeder said that Pepper is completely paper trained and she is starting to take her outside.

i was thinking of what we need for the dog and realized that our tie off for the yard is way too heavy for her. We got it initially for dogs that weighed 100 and 60 pounds. Amies Roxy who is around 30 has trouble with it. Think we will need something a lot lighter for a 6 pound puppy.

Linda, did dh have a better night last night??? Hope your d decided to go to the dr. And also hope his prescriptions have arrived.

Good for Pepper.

Today was errand running day. Post office, dog food (my card was full so I got a free bag. After you buy 12 bags you get one free- a $50 savings). Then after dropping off clothing donations it was on to Wegman's. Tuesday is senior citizen day so 5 % off. The store was pretty busy.

I picked up extra cat litter so Adam can take some with him. I'm also sending a supply of cat food.. I still need to do the cat litter and refill R's weekly pill box. He's very tired but is stubbornly going to bowling tonight. The 15th is his appt. with a surgeon re: the emg results. It is getting progressively worse. He cannot spread his fingers and at this point dosn't think he'll be able to pass firearms qualification in May.

Linda, I hope DH had a better night and the prescriptions are delivered.

Glad you had a good time at the pool yesterday, Barbara.  I may try to go tomorrow since DH will be at day services, and my class has been canceled since the presenter is sick.  That is good news about Pepper.   

DH did sleep better last night, thank goodness.  He did okay today, and he was able to take a short walk when I picked him up.  Yesterday he had a lot of trouble, and I was worried.  His pills finally arrived around 4:30 today.  The guy didn't call in advance, and I had called to see when they were coming.  The caregiver just called to say that she is sick and can't make it tomorrow.  She sounded terrible.  I sure hope we don't catch what she has.  It turns out that DD has the flu, and they gave her some special medicine that is supposed to help.  Between the visit, test, and medicine, she was out $200.  I went ahead and transferred the money to her.  Now we are worried that some of the others might become ill.  The clinic said they have had lots of strep and flu the past few days.

Sorry that R isn't doing well and is being stubborn, Claudia. It would be a shame if he couldn't pass the test that is important to him.  Hope the surgeon can help. 

That dog food is certainly pricey.  Glad you got a free bag.  Nice of you to help Adam out with kitten supplies.  

It was very busy at the senior lunch program, but we got through it.  And, I did my gym workout.  I'm trying to decide what is for dinner -- ordering a pizza sounds like a good idea at this moment.
