The morning has flown by..

land I have accomplished nada. Today is another day of dealing with my wonky body. I feel very unstable.,one good thing..this is forcing v to do a lot more.. I think it is good for him.

Sydnie said the ski slopes were very icy and she did fall., but not go very far. A couple of the kids tumbled all,the way down the big hill.  

I am worried about where Claudia is.,I should email her.

Linda, living in a climate like we have for winter, one becomes very hardy.  Principals were expected to go to school no matter what the weather. I am looking forward to Az., I hate it when I forget my grocery list. I can only imagine how hard it is to go to the funeral. 

i need to organize the hristmas gifts for the kids and start packing soon.

I'm stunned and heartbroken.  

Barbara and Linda, I offer my sincere sympathy to each of you in the loss of your dear friend Claudia.

I pray that God blesses her family and beloved furbabies during this time. 

I know she is in the arms of our Father and I have a feeling St. Francis was one of the first to welcome her home.

Thanks, Bernie.  I'm still in shock.  Although we never met in person, I felt very close to Claudia.  I am very sure she is in heaven and know many people and animals will miss her.

Thanks Bernie....and Linda. Claudia was my soul,sister..I have very few of those in my life.

She was kind , generous and oh so wise.She will be missed by many. I could see St. Francis welcoming her. 💖💖

That is a wonderful image -- St. Francis welcoming Claudia.  I'm still having a very difficult time processing her death, and to be honest, I am very worried about her husband and furbabies.  She did so much for them.  I guess the only thing I can do is pray.

Last month, Bev had arranged for a "Caregivers (mostly former Caregivers) lunch, and I was looking forward to seeing her.  However, she was just not able to join us today.  She is feeling very weak.  She did promise to keep her health alert device close by and hydrate as much as possible.  A close friend lives three blocks away, and she is aware of the situation.  Fingers crossed Bev can get the PET scan soon (waiting to hear from insurance/doctors office).

It was only 30 degrees when I got up this morning, so the heat coming on was very welcome.  It is supposed to make it up to 61 degrees later.  

I hope your body isn't as "wonky" today, Barbara, and you have a nice evening.

so sorry to hear about claudia...had she been ill......it's never easy to lose someone you love....sending healing thoughts to her family....

Claudia had not been ill.  Her sister said that they suspect something like a heart attack.  She actually posted here on Tuesday, and didn't mention anything about being sick.  Then, she  passed away Wednesday evening.  Very sad and shocking.
