You could probably get that look with a plain grey sweater and some sparkly applique stars sewn on one shoulder. That would be relatively easy to do. Cute sweater.

@jepsmom   Do you know that Rachel's sweater is from QVC?  She doesn't usually wear clothes from QVC.
