I could be wrong, but doesn't "crisp white" also refer to a shade of white that's a bright or stark white?

Crisp white shirt implies a woven as opposed to a knit. I require a touch of spandex in my woven button down blouse

I think they look great, so every few years I buy one. I go to the trouble of ironing it (with spray starch) and wear it once or twice. Then it gets laundered and hangs limp, unironed, and sad in my closet for a few years until I forget about it. Since they look great, I buy another.
