Question for Q savvy shoppers

When the Q features a "look book" video for an item, how do you get the item # for the items featured in the video?

By Look Book, do you mean the videos they frequently post for the fashion TSVs that show three different outfits using that one fashion item? If so I don't think they list the numbers anywhere for the other items in the video. But that would be a good idea if they did.

Yes. Sorry, the term Look Book may only be a term common in the fashion industry.

I thought it was just me, sometimes what I am looking for is "right there" in front of me !!

It would be nice if all three channels did something similar to hsn's shop the show where they give you the information for whatever the host, or models, happens to be wearing regardless of what they are presenting. I have emailed customer service on occasion to ask about an item then a model is wearing during a jewelry presentation, or a host, and have gotten nowhere with it

Instead of emailing CS, call them when you see something on air ... they often have a list of what's a QVC item and what isn't.
