I need to return something but just noticed that now you have the choice of returning through UPS or USPS. I have always returned through USPS but it would be more convenient for me to go to the UPS store. My question is the return shipping the same? Thanks!

I hadn't noticed there is a choice.  They didn't include a prepaid label for ups?  I would think it's the same, but don't know for sure.

@GCR18 Yes they now have two labels for return shipping. I know UPS usually costs more so I was just wondering which is the cheaper way to return?

I forgot I have a packing slip.  It says you can use either carrier, using the label.  My label says $6.95.  The way I read it, it's the same flat rate.

@GCR18 My USPS return label says $8.95. I was surprised because I know it used to say $6.95.

The return label prices increase as the item gets heavier.  If you go to the customer service link on the bottom of this page, you will find details on the return pricing. 0 - 5 lbs is $6.95, 5.01 - 10 lbs is $8.95.

You also have the option of paying for shipping yourself, which cna be less expesnive depending on what you're returning.

I always pay for the return items myself ... but these days I only order smaller items in the first place ... makeup, earrings ... you get the idea.

My return labels have always had the option of going USPS or UPS, unless it's something that cannot be returned USPS because of what it is.  It's the same label and said right on it that it could be used for either shipper.  The return fee is the same.

What I have an issue with is I noticed that with a lot of items, QVC isn't providing a label to return the item on your own. The only label they are including is their return label.  So in order to return on your own, you have to look up the return information and create your own label.  I returned a top the other day and there was no way I was using their return label and paying $6.95 to return a light weight top.
