If you don't mind buttons all the way down the front, Kim Gravel's clearance tencel (aka lyocell) shirt is nice.  I know it doesn't give exactly the same look as the one you noticed on the front page.

I just bought the light denim version, A301606.  I haven't washed it yet but it has a  nice feel.  I've always liked this fabric.

ETA:  The white portions that are supposed to look faded aren't as noticeable on the real shirt.  At least in this color.

@GingerPeach Thanks! That is a nice shirt.  I was looking for something button free.  I really like the idea of a denim henley, but not with a high low hem and not $130. hahaha I work in a metal free environment so a henley is perfect.

I just ordered this for $19.60!  It was already reduced, and in addition there is a one day only 30% off your order today at Old Navy.  I ordered 2 sizes and will try on both when I go to pick them up at the store tomorrow.  Then I can just return whichever one doesn't fit before leaving the store.  Sure beats paying for shipping.

Keep your eye out at Walmart.  Sometimes they have denim shirts that are just as good as any expensive one.  I know....I have one and it is just fine and has lasted for a good five years and still going.
