I want to try the Yummie Leggings but am unsure of sizing.  I wear size 8 in most pants (some size 6).  In Logo and WWC leggings, I wear size small.  Should I order medium or large in Yummie?

I always order up a size in Yummie.  I carry my weight in my lower half though. 

They run smaller than WWC in my experience.  They have much more "compression."  Their yoga pants are my absolute favorites...

In Yummie a 4-6 is considered a small. More than likely those who (in most clothing brands) are usually an 8, and only sometimes a 6, should go with Yummie size Medium.

Yummie leggings have firm compression compared to most. I go up one size from the size I buy in other leggings. Some women even go up two sizes because there is that firmer compression and they bounce right back without loosing their shape.

@TrudeyI love these leggings. I would go up a size. I always wash in cold water and hang to dry. They still look like new. I have had them for several years.

i love Yummie leggings and have quite a collection.  I m an 8 and have both medium and large. The large are better .  I wear the mediums for working out.

I wear Yummie leggings almost exclusively after purchasing some clearance ones at a discounted price on HSN months ago.  I bought the compact cotton ones because I need compression leggings for work, but not prescription compression.  I usually wear a 1X in almost everything, but a regular XL in leggings.  The XL Yummie legging fits like a true compression legging.  I have one pair of 1X which fits much more like a regular legging.  If you like the feel of compression, purchase your usual size.  If you want a more comfort feel, size up 1.
