Question about A222542 fit

I am debating buying this blouse but I don't know if the fit will work. Any larger busted women have this? My back & shoulders measures small/medium, but my front tends to be significantly larger: I have a 34-36" under bust and a 44-45" bust. I don't plan to use the self-belt.
