Not a fan of her scarves......but overall, she is lovely and so elegant and so REAL.

I know some are simply enamored of anything royal (there was a rebolution and we won, people), but the queen and fashion? Oxymorons. And the OP's photos prove it.

C'mon.

I don’t know why but, I just LOVE the Queen 🥰.. I wish she was a member of my family .. I don’t want to be royalty but, I would just like to be able to sit & talk to her. ❤️

@January121   That reminds me of the young man, Adam, in the movie Children Act, who just wanted to be close to and absorb those things that Emma Thompson (judge) knew and how she spoke and her calm demeanor.

Not much of a fan of the headscarf look, but there are some beautiful ones out there and they do serve the purpose of being a lightweight head/ear covering.

@stevieb   If I am not mistaken, the lady who dresses her alluded to her scarves being Hermes.  I am not sure if  it is all her scarves or maybe some she was referencing based on her dress at the time.  I cannot recall and I no longer have that book.  Oh, to be able to just casually throw an Hermes scarf over your hair to prevent the wind from foiling it.

Wish I had the time to be "simply enamored". Thinking back, the last time I was simply enamored was probably when we bought the wall to wall carpeting. It was soft underfoot and the blue didn't clash too badly with the knotty pine.......

"oxymoron" may be a little strong. "Fashion" is fleeting and frivolous. "Taste and dignity" emerge with security, conviction, and self awareness. She's got 'em all.

You tell it sista'.  She's 93 and is not gonna dress like she's dancing at the Moulin Rouge. Most of us is in nursing home by that time and here's a gal who gets up and has daily duties, worries and more to put up with then a mother with 10 boys.

If I had a hat I'd take it off and bow.
