Yes, this outfit is simply perfection.  I would change nothing.  I've never seen a cropped shirt look so sophisticated!!  The skirt adds interest and is a perfect length with the perfect shoe.  Even her hair is the perfect blend of brunette and some highlights.

Well said @lulu1 . Knowing how to "edit" a wardrobe and not wearing additional layers, too many scarves, belts and jewelry keep the focus on the woman and not just the clothes. Queen Rania is a perfect example of a well dressed woman...
