She looks great as usual. Appears she is wearing neutral colors more now than in the past. This last year I remember seeing her deviate from her usual bright colors "so the people can see me" on several occasions. 

But I think she looks terrific all the time!

@JasoninBoston i think she likes to be "out and about" - and especially likes going to her Sandringham church which she does "religiously" (!). her face is lit up!

Aha! So the Queen managed to work in some color after all.  Thank you, @ms traditional.  And the priest cooperated by wearing bright red under his black coat.

She looks nice as always. I do prefer to see her in brighter colors though, I think they look especially good with her complexion. She looks beautiful in pastel colors, too.
