Is "Angle" - Jean Brice's granddaughter?

I've always assume she was - they look similar in every way. Body built, etc. and "Angle" only appears with that product line.

Personally I find her immature and silly - but hey - I don't buy Quacker stuff so don't bother to sit and watch over- decorated clothes.
