Some QF bling around the neckline would be very appropriate. I'm wearing a green velveteen tunic with black pants for NYE.

@Jen327    Do you want glittery with sequins and rhinestones or a more subtle celebration with applique and embroidery?  Fireworks would also work for the Fourth of July.
